Trust Administration

Heisler Rosenfeld, LLP supports and guides clients who are tasked with the important role of taking care of a loved one’s trust estate. Being a trustee can be a challenging job because it comes at a time when a loved one is either unable to manage their own estate or has died.  We understand the challenges our clients face and offer candid and caring advice through the trust administration process.

Heisler Rosenfeld LLP attorneys have over 15 years of experience representing clients in all aspects of a conservatorship. A conservatorship may be necessary when someone is unable to make decisions affecting their health or financial affairs.  Our representation is well rounded, including representation of the conserved person, their family members, and professional conservators from start of the case through trial if necessary.

A Probate is a court supervised administration of someone’s estate after their death. Heisler Rosenfeld LLP can assist with all aspects of a Probate including representation of the personal representative or heirs that want guidance on their rights with regard to the estate.

Heisler Rosenfeld, LLP is well versed in inheritance disputes including representing trustees or beneficiaries in trust or will contests, claims of breach of trust, or claims of misappropriated trust assets. Our firm also has experience handling the very sensitive issue of elder abuse which accompanies trust and estate litigation or conservatorship cases on occasion.
